Souk Technologies, Inc.

We're building the intelligence layer for exchange.

SoüK is an AI-powered exchange network that identifies direct and multi-party opportunities across goods and services. SoüK Atlas maps what participants have, what they want, and what they can offer—then constructs viable exchange paths across the network.

Currently in a controlled private beta with an invited user group.

Most marketplaces stop when a direct match does not exist.

Traditional marketplaces depend on one buyer, one seller, one item, and one price aligning at the same time. SoüK looks across declared supply, demand, services, preferences, and constraints to identify direct, bundled, or multi-party exchange paths that a conventional one-to-one marketplace cannot see.

Traditional

AB

One participant wants what another participant has. If the other participant does not want something in return, the exchange stops.

SoüK

ABC

The network can identify additional participants and construct a coordinated path in which each person contributes something another participant values.

Exchange path

What a coordinated exchange actually looks like.

No pair of these participants can transact directly. Each one has something another wants, so the network constructs a single coordinated path where every participant contributes and receives.

Scope, condition, timing, and relative value are agreed between participants before an exchange proceeds. Where contributions are not comparable, the path is balanced with additional real goods, services, access, or capacity.

SoüK Atlas

How the intelligence layer works.

SoüK Atlas evaluates what participants have, what they want, what they can offer, and the constraints around an exchange — then constructs direct, bundled, or multi-party paths for participants to review.

Inputs

  • What each participant has
  • What each participant wants
  • Goods and services each participant can offer
  • Category compatibility
  • Location and exchange radius
  • Timing and availability
  • Preferences and constraints
  • Relative-value considerations

Outputs

  • Direct exchange opportunities
  • Goods-for-services opportunities
  • Services-for-goods opportunities
  • Multi-party circular paths
  • Bundled exchange possibilities
  • Clear contribution-and-receipt summaries

Where contributions are not comparable, a path is balanced with additional real goods, services, access, experiences, or capacity — agreed between participants.

AHAS ITEM 1WANTS SERVICE 2BHAS SERVICE 2WANTS ITEM 3CHAS ITEM 3WANTS ITEM 1

Participant A has Item 1 and wants Service 2. Participant B has Service 2 and wants Item 3. Participant C has Item 3 and wants Item 1. SoüK Atlas constructs a three-party exchange path A→B→C→A in which each participant receives what they want.

Process

  1. 1SoüK Atlas maps each participant's supply and demand.
  2. 2Compatible value paths are identified across A, B, and C.
  3. 3Preferences, constraints, and relative value are checked.
  4. 4A coordinated three-party exchange route is constructed.
INTENDED DATA ADVANTAGE

As participants declare, reject, accept, and complete exchange opportunities, Atlas is designed to develop a richer understanding of compatibility, relative value, participant constraints, and the conditions under which exchanges actually close.

Initial market

Starting with density, not breadth.

SoüK is initially validating the network within a curated Miami cohort, concentrating supply and demand across high-quality goods, professional and creative services, mobility, and workspace and hospitality access.

Select businesses may participate by contributing relevant inventory, services, access, or underused capacity. A standalone B2B product is not currently SoüK's go-to-market focus.

Concentrated categories

  • High-quality goods
  • Professional & creative services
  • Mobility
  • Workspace & hospitality access

These are initial validation categories within the curated Miami cohort — not a claim of broad category availability.

Product status

Testing the network inside a controlled environment.

SoüK is operating in a controlled private beta with an invited user group, focused on validating participant onboarding, declared supply and demand, direct matching, multi-party exchange paths, match relevance, and exchange coordination before broader access.

  • Invited user group

Access is limited to an invited group while the network is validated.

  • Controlled exchange environment

Exchanges take place inside a bounded environment we can observe and support.

  • Matching and coordination under test

Match relevance, proposed paths, and participant coordination are being tested — not yet proven at scale.

Trust and safety

SoüK is testing the trust infrastructure required for higher-confidence exchange, including identity signals, participant reputation, secure communication, item and service validation, and structured issue-resolution workflows.

  • Identity signals
  • Participant reputation
  • Secure communication
  • Item and service validation
  • Structured issue-resolution workflows

These capabilities are under active development and testing during the controlled private beta.

Building infrastructure for value that already exists.

People and businesses already possess goods, skills, capacity, access, and relationships with real economic value. Much of that value remains unused because existing marketplaces are designed around one buyer, one seller, and one cash transaction.

Souk Technologies is building the intelligence and coordination infrastructure required to make more of those opportunities visible and actionable.

Souk Technologies, Inc. is initially developing exchange-network technology for consumer markets, with longer-term applications across business inventory, services, access, and underused capacity.

Built by operators across technology, product, design, business, and people.
